Plug your Cinder into a grounded outlet. Leave at least 4in / 10cm clearance between Cinder and other objects or walls. Press the on button. While the grill is closed with nothing in it, calibrate by pressing the button. Rinse the grill plates before use.

Get Cooking

Use the iOS or Android app to connect and set temperatures below 200°F. Use the dial for the full temperature range.

‘Sous-vide’ low temperatures  take longer but guarantee food that won’t overcook.

Perfect Finish

To sear, remove food from Cinder and wipe any liquid off the plates. Twist the dial until you reach SEAR mode. When it reaches sear temperature, drizzle a high smoke point oil on your food, place food in Cinder and close the lid. Push the dial to start a 45 sec timer.

Simple Clean Up

Wash plates with a sponge, warm water and soap. Use a little oil for tough grease while the plates are warm. Remove the grease tray. You can wipe the body of your Cinder Grill down with a disinfectant wipe.
