The Whole30®  Diet

The Whole30® Diet uses a program of controlled eating for 30 days to re-set metabolism and defuse food cravings. This diet relies on simple, whole foods in high-protein meals. That’s where Pederson’s Farms come in, with their line of quality fresh and cured meats. Most cured meats have a high sugar content. Sugar in cured meat serves several purposes, none of which benefit the Whole 30®  Diet. Pederson’s ham, bacon, and sausages are all free of added sugar, and thus suitable for the Whole 30 Diet. In addition they’re all especially delicious. Any diet is much easier to maintain when you’re enjoying what you’re eating.

Maximizing Meat's Potential.

Meanwhile the Cinder Grill maximizes the quality of these already impeccable meats. With its single-degree precision, the Cinder Grill reliably cooks meat to succulent perfection. It provides exactly the results you want.

For an example, consider Pederson’s thin-cut pork chops. As their product page notes, “Because boneless chops can dry out quickly, be sure not to overcook.” A common method to prevent overcooking is to ‘brine’ meat. This involves soaking it in a solution of salt and sugar to increase its water and solute content. However, this method, which adds sugar, won’t work with the Whole30 Diet. The Cinder Grill accurately maintains the precise 145 F required for the pork chops. This eliminates any risk of overcooking the chops into leathery dryness or of serving them dangerously undercooked. The results are consistently delicious chops every time, no brine needed.

Recipe Booklet Giveaway

In order to further demonstrate the Cinder Grill’s capabilities and the deliciousness of Pederson’s meats, we’re giving out a set of specially designed recipes created by our Michelin starred chef, John Critchley.  As an award-winning professional, Chef Critchley understands food. He knows how to create delicious meals within a diet’s guidelines.  Not only are his recipes easy and tasty, but they also provide insights into how to cook without common sugary condiments and not miss them at all.

As you can see, the Cinder Grill and Pederson’s Natural Farmers are perfect partners for nourishing meals, especially but not limited to the Whole30®  Diet. Sign up with our giveaway to receive a chance to try out both!
